Swapped Organs

Heather went downstairs. She didn't know why she did it, and she didn't know the effect it would have on Andrew either. He now had the organs of a 42 year old in his body after all. Martha was probably in a much better position with such younger organs.. but what would it all mean?
Martha was in the kitchen preparing dinner. "Hi Mom... how are you feeling?" Heather asked hesitantly. Martha looked up. "Oh hey Heather. Dinner is almost ready." No obvious changes. The front door opened and closed and Andrew came in red faced panting heavily. He had just got back from a run but he usually wasn't this out of breath. "Man I was almost home when I just started coughing." He put his hand over his mouth and gave a thick heavy cough.
"What I would give to be able to exercise again." Martha said with a sigh. "If I was able to jog every now and then maybe I could lose some weight. Never smoke when you are young like I did guys. It will ruin your lungs." Heather's eyes grew wide. She forgot Mom used to be a smoker. Little did she know her lungs were young and healthy now. It was Andrew with her old lungs. They sat down for dinner. Surprisingly Mom only had one serving for a change and didn't even finish her plate. Andrew on the other hand was like a bottomless pit. "God I am so hungry today." He said pulling out a carton of ice cream and eating it out directly with a spoon. Martha's stomach was probably much larger than his from years of over eating. Now Andrew had her stomach that was never satisfied.
After dinner Heather decided this was too weird an a little unfair to Andrew. She should probably consider swapping all of their insides back.
Option 1: Put all of the organs in their rightful places and do more experiments with the voodoo clay.
Option 2: Martha quietly confesses to Heather she took a pregnancy test the night before and it was positive. But she took another tonight and it was negative now.
