“Guys? W-where are you?”
The sound of a worried voice calling out through the forest roused you from your deep slumber, feeling yourself lying on your back on the forest floor. Your first surprise came the moment you opened your eyes; all of a sudden, you could see in the dark! The colors were much dimmer, but even in the darkness, you could discern movement with superhuman ease; you could see every single errant twitch of the tree leaves in the breeze, with crystal clarity. As you woke up more and more and sensations returned to your body, you realized everything else was similarly… off. Your sense of hearing and smell were incredible, first of all, but on the downside, your body felt wrong, somehow. Moving around felt weird, as if you were heavier now, and your joints had changed positions.
While you felt covered, you were actually completely naked, your clothes lying in broken scraps all around you. What felt like clothing was actually a thick coat of grey fur that covered every inch of your body, wrapping around you like a wool blanket. Despite the fact you seemed heavier now, you were also much stronger; and after some confusion, you were finally able to sit up. For a moment, you thought the forest had gotten a lot smaller… until you realized you had just gotten a lot bigger! You were about 10 feet tall now, give or take, about twice your original size! You were afraid you might have sustained some brain damage. The reality was much more alarming. You were… some sort of creature! A werewolf, similar to how you’d always imagined one, though with some… unexpected features.
You finally managed to stand up shakily without falling over, and pause for a moment, exploring your new body. In addition to your increased size, your body was just disproportionately more voluptuous now, with breasts each about as large as your human form’s entire head was, thighs so thick you could crush a man’s skull between them, and a belly so pudgy someone could use it as a water bed. Despite your unbalanced increases in size, you were still able to balance yourself easily with your immense strength, though walking was a little difficult at first. You look behind you, noticing you had a long big, fluffy tail partially covering your rounded butt, which wagged involuntarily whenever you were excited. You also noticed your hands now had soft paw pads, and long, sharp claws. Finally, you run your new paws over your face, realizing you now had a long snout with sharp fangs, and big, fluffy ears peeking out of the top of your head.
You were so overwhelmed by these new sensations and emotions, you didn’t quite know how to feel. Quickly, a single sensation dominated your mind… hunger. You had already been feeling a little peckish, but apparently, as your belly grew in size, so did your appetite. You don’t think you’ve ever felt this hungry in your life! You were wondering how you could possibly stop by a restaurant in this state… until you heard that voice again, reminding you that there was someone nearby. Surely enough, you saw movement in the distance with your peripheral vision, and immediately ducked into the bushes just moments before he otherwise would’ve spotted you.
Despite being such a huge, lumbering beast, you were able to become completely silent as you peeked at him from the dark. With your innate night vision, you could clearly see Travis pointing around a flashlight as he trudged through the forest. “C’mon, guys, this isn’t funny!” He calls nervously, trying to find his friends. Apparently, they ditched him too. You got the feeling they didn’t like him that much. “Come back! I-I don’t want to get lost out here!” You felt a pang of sympathy for him… as well as a pang of hunger. As you realized he was in the perfect position for you to pounce, you ran through a furious internal debate in your head, trying to judge how you should treat this situation...
Your human morals and ideals have, for the most part, faded away, replaced with an instinctive sense of survival of the fittest. Travis no longer looked like just another one of Jordan’s annoying friends; he looked like delicious prey, vulnerable and separated from its pack. Your increased size called for larger meals, and he definitely fit the bill. Even your human side partially wanted to get the ultimate form of revenge on him for all the times he’s tormented poor Jordan. On the other hand… you couldn’t just devour a human being, could you? Even though you were a werewolf, people still can’t be treated like food! No matter how satisfying the idea seemed to you on a primitive level, you knew, on a rational level, that it wasn’t the right thing to do. You should just wait for him to pass… or even ask him for help! Surely, he’d understand… right?
All of these options run through your mind in less than a second. It’s not longer before you have to make your final decision...
