CHAPTER I - Hell On School Property

One would think that any day in school wouldn't involve anything more than maybe a brief fight if you're lucky. Not today.

Dylan enters Lakeside High School, his eyes heavy from staying up almost all night studying for that damn English test. He drags his feet towards the hallways, feeling an eerie tightness in his skin and insides. He nearly collapses, and in the midst of it, accidentally runs into the back of Kasie's backpack, causing her to drop her books. She immediately turns around, and when she finds out that it's Dylan, she gags in disgust, picking up her books.

"Asshole," she spits out.

Dylan doesn't respond, too shocked by what just happened. Still, he has a class to get to and decides to pass it off as some effect from his lack of sleep.

What Class is he going to?
