Connie was shocked. How could Steven like her pudge? In a moment of self confident lose she stood up started crying and yelled at Steven “How could you say that!” She started to run off but had to slow to a jog to not wind herself. She could here Steven in the distance saying “Connie wait I didn’t mean it… well I did but I didn’t mean to offend you!”
Connie ignored him and continued to jog as tears fell from her eyes but soon she had to stop as she was completely out of breath. She lent on the wall out side of the big donut, dried her tears and thought to herself “I need something to make me feel better” on cue her stomach rumbled hungry from the light exercise she had done. She knew she had some big tubs of ice cream at home but she also had some money she could use to buy enough donuts to smother her sorrows.
