You're all younger teenagers and this is your first sleepover where you're allowed to have both girls and boys over. All of the characters are somewhat nerdy and are friends in school. They all like videogames, anime, and action movies, even the girls. Here are you two playable characters-
Seth- Short, tan skin, black hair. Teeny-tiny penis, but he's proud of it despite its size. He's seen small amounts of hentai on the internet and they've corrupted his brain. He thinks the idea of girls in diapers sounds pretty hot. Smartest one of the bunch, but his judgment is easily clouded.
Joey- Taller than Seth, but not by much and very skinny. Blonde hair, pale skin, average sized-penis. He's never been to a sleepover before, much less one with girls, so he's pretty excited about this. He really likes both Ashley and Katie, the two girls at the party. Has played the most videogames of the bunch.

Non Playable (female) characters who are also at the sleepover-
Ashley- The girl who's hosting the sleepover, the whole thing is at her house. She is incontinent and needs to wear diapers at all times. There are plenty of diapers around the house and she is skilled at changing herself, although she likes it better when her friend Katie does it for her. She's a small waifish girl, extremely pale skin, long brown hair, blue eyes. She has small, almost non-existent breasts, but has a round little butt. Normally, Ashley is quite ashamed of her condition and has even been bullied over needing diapers at school before, but she trusts her friends Seth, Joey, and Katie to be nice to her. Wouldn't mind if someone babied her over the weekend. What would make her REALLY happy is if other people wore diapers too so she wouldn't feel alone.
Katie- The "Cool" one of the group. She's a bit taller than Ashley and Seth, tallest of the group in fact, and has dark tanned skin and blonde hair. She's also one of the only girls in school to develop decently sized breasts, although she isn't used to them yet and finds them a little uncomfortable and feels they get in the way sometimes. Ashley asked her before the sleepover if she would wear a diaper, but she's still thinking it over. Hopes to play some silly kissing games with the boys, like spin the bottle, or 7 Minutes in Heaven.
