Little Bake Shop on Main is the brainchild of two would-be entrepreneurs. They're both young, but they're hungry!
Hopefully just metaphorically—it's not like they can afford any excess snacking...

RONNIE WILSON—
Is at the heart of this operation. She's been baking since she was a little girl, growing up in the Heights. Her Mom and Dad had always told her that it was dumb of her to even try to build up a store from the ground up. Well look at her now, Mr. & Mrs. Wilson!
She's... in just as much financial trouble as they said she'd be.
What could it be? It wasn't like she wasn't trying! She was trying, like, so hard you guys. Maybe people just didn't like her cooking?
Ronnie's been big her entire life. After a stint in Buttercombe Academy, where she learned about her passion of pastries and put on much more than the freshman fifteen, she's bigger than ever and dying to break even. Between getting the store up and running, regular deliveries of supplies and paying her business partner Penny, this chubby Chernobyl of energy might just go out forever if she can't make her dream of owning a successful bakery come true!
PENNY SIMON—
Is the brains behind a lot of this. Whereas she respects her co-founder, Ronnie, and her much more overt passion for this endeavor, Penny is a bit more practical. It's been like that ever since they were kids. These two go way back, but trying to run this store in a direction that isn't "into the ground" might just ruin that friendship for good.
The truth is, Penny's just not a "creative" type. She's a realist. A number cruncher. All this baking stuff, decorating and embellishing... it isn't her.
Penny's pretty on the ropes about this whole thing, but they're doing it. She's never really liked sweets before, but she has to admit, Ronnie's stint in that Academy and being away at Culinary School has really helped her see the light. If Penny's not careful, she's going to get much more than a sugar high—she might walk away with a fully-fledged gut, courtesy of one Ronnie Wilson!
