Ah, Uptown. There are a lot more "domestic" sorts to be found here.
Where do you want to go from here?

the Suburbs are a nice place to start. There are all sorts of folks to be found there. Some of them are couples, looking to settle down. Some of them are families eager to send their kids on their way out. And some of them are singles, looking to mingle. It's a nice, sleepy part of Valentine that has a lot of different stories to offer. With the recent expansion in the business district, you'd be hard pressed to find an empty home here these days...
the Heights are an even better place to start, albeit strictly financially speaking. You can pretty much tell the kind of people who live in this part of town just by looking at them. They dress nice, they hold their heads high, and they can pretty much get away with acting like they're better than everyone because... well, they are. Again, in a strictly financial sense. You won't find too many "settling in" sorts around here, but there are a lot of up and comers attracted by the business boom.
Valentine High is a centrally located, government mandated facility that teenagers are dragged to every day. Nobody likes to go, not even a lot of the teachers. But it's a good school. Lots of funding for the football team, not too much violence, and kids from the Heights and the Suburbs go there as harmoniously as a large group of teenagers can get. There's a distinct class divide though—so be warned; High School is as rough as it gets!
City Hall is where laws are made, notions passed, and a whole lot of bureaucracy happens. It's a new addition, located close to the Business District. Which is probably saying something, considering the amount of "pull" that some of those businesses have. The Mayor is newly elected, and easily swayed. Only time will tell if she's what's right for Valentine...
