Jay and Daisy Buchanan are two well-to-do folks who are living the American Dream.

Jay is an entrepreneur who made it big selling an app. Now he's got money just about everywhere and more than he could possibly know what to do with it. His wife Daisy, on the other hand, has some idea now that she's accomplished her dream of becoming a rich housewife. The two of them are about as responsible with money as a child is with chocolate. Frivolous spending is their way, and that means the finest of everything that Valentine has to offer. The finest clothes, the fastest cars, and the most decadent meals.

If Jay isn't careful, he might have to start letting out his suits. Daisy too, all those meals mean bigger sundresses...

Bill is a blue collar worker who struck it rich in oil, and Charlotte is his trophy wife... and about half his age.

Once Bill had money, he knew exactly how he wanted to spend it. Beer, burgers, and in abundance. Just barely pushing forty, Bill already weighs more than three hundred pounds. And rising, if his recent spike of consumption is any indication. Charlotte cannot stand her new husband, and only married him for the money. However, if something were to happen to him that would render their prenuptial agreement null and void...

Well, Bill's going to get fatter. That much is obvious.
