Charlotte rolled her eyes. Bill was yet again asking that she eat with him. It wasn’t a mealtime, but then again, it was always a mealtime for that slob. As she traversed their mansion to join him by the pool, the only solace she found was knowing that he was getting so fat, so fast, that it would only be a matter of time before he dropped dead of a coronary.
“Honey, you have got to have some of these ribs.” He said as she approached. He was shirtless, in a red bathing suit, reclining on a deck chair, eating a slab of barbecue ribs. He had sauce on his mouth, hands, and increasingly large man boobs. As she got close enough, she was finally able to see his round face beyond his spherical belly.

She had, in fact, gotten bigger all over during that span. Bill had put on so much weight during the same time frame that her 15 extra pounds seemed negligible. But, clad in her favorite white bikini, Charlotte knew that the cups were starting to overflow, that her belly was starting to pooch, and her “little buns” were spilling out more than they ever had before.
Nonetheless, and despite her concerns, once Charlotte had a couple of glasses of wine down the macarons began to disappear, one by one, until the large plate was empty. She fell asleep in her deck chair, awakening only when Bill announced that it was time for dinner...
