Steven strained against his shackles. Despite how fit and athletic his lovely new limbs felt, none of his flexing or straining seemed to have any effect on the metal bands holding him in place. "Bollocks!" he spat.
He looked around him, hoping to see someone else or some avenue of escape. Unfortunately, the only thing he was able to spot was a whole mess of shaped charges attached to a digital clock that seemed to be counting down to zero wrapped around a pretty important looking structural member in the center of the warehouse.
"Great. A stupid, cliche death trap." He struggled again, even as he looked over the body he now found himself in, hoping to see some tool or object he could use on or near "his" person. He was sure that the silly looking yellow belt around his waist had something he could use, but he couldn't reach it.
Despite the explosive's countdown, for a moment, he found himself daydreaming and staring at the gorgeous curves he now seemed to possess. He felt smaller, lithe, and more than a little dainty. But, he also felt powerful. He could tell just by the feel of her that his new body's original owner was an athlete of the first order. Watching his new tits heave with every breath and movement, tightly clad in Batgirl's uniform, he couldn't help but admire his new perspective.
The strange little creep who had put him here was right. He REALLY had thought, dreamed, and fantasized about this sort of thing for a VERY long time. He'd finally been able to get a taste of what it was like to try out a little genuine femininity. And, despite the situation, it felt damned good.
"Stupid, stupid, stupid!" Steven shook his borrowed head back and forth angrily, sending his red locks into motion as well. "Sitting here getting turned on when I have minutes to survive. Or is it she has minutes to survive? Do I die if she dies? Am I responsible for my life and someone else's?!?!"
Steven broke out in a cold, anxious sweat. "Think! Think damn it! What would a hero do?!?!"
As his struggling body grew slick underneath it's costume, Steven suddenly had an inspired idea. "Maybe I'm slick enough to..."
Pushing and pulling his hand within Batgirl's right, yellow glove, he'd hoped the moisture was enough to lower the friction enough for him to free his hand from it, and the shackle. After a LOT of wiggling, and lip-biting effort, Steven managed to pull his dainty new hand free!
Without even thinking about it, he reached down to his belt and retrieved a small cutting torch from a compartment. He proceeded to cut each of the metal bands left on his wrist and ankles off, freeing himself. "How did I know I had that torch?" he wondered aloud.
Standing up, he put his discarded glove back on and hopped off the table onto his yellow booted feet. He rushed over to the explosives. "I feel like I disarm this..." as the countdown crept below 20 seconds.
Unfortunately, that's when he noticed that SEVERAL of the support beams had been rigged with the same kind of explosive ring. He'd never be able to disarm them in time!
Almost without thinking about it, Steven felt his body spin on it's boot heels, retrieve a bat shaped boomerang, and attach a line to it. With power and precision, he flung the batarang up, securing the line to a shattered skylight. Steven quickly climbed up the line, stepping through the gap and onto the roof while retrieving his line and batarang.
"I just climbed a couple of stories up a rope and I don't even feel winded!!! This bird is FIT!" He shook his admiration off as he sprinted across the roof, his heels clattering with each fall on the metal plates. Behind him, he could see that some of the explosives had gone off, sending a fireball up and through the far side of the roof!
Steven ran as fast as Batgirl's legs could carry him as the inferno began to follow him with each succeeding boom. Finally, reaching the end of the roof, dove off past the nearby docks and into the waters of Gotham harbor, executing a dive an Olympic athlete would have been proud of.
Swimming back up to the surface, Steven watched the fiery ruins of the warehouse as he treaded water. "Well, that was exciting. Terrifying, confusing, but definitely exciting. Who was trying to kill us, Batgirl?"
