How about one of the friends or family members of one of the Wilko or Beautylicious employees gets the ability to rearrange people's body parts?

How about a curse instead of a power? One of the staff could get cursed to randomly swap people's body parts whenever they orgasm or sneeze, etc. (either a mass swap or two nearby people, or even themselves and someone else).
