How about the power to swap people's lower bodies? It could be a faulty device that can only swap bodies from the waist down, or maybe a body swapping power is not fully transferred to the protagonist, resulting in them only being able to swap people from the waist down.

Or we can have the mysterious, blue, glowing alien entity known as the Role Exchanger. Maybe it could pay a visit to Wilko and the surrounding area and start experimenting by switching people's physical and mental traits?
