Liam held the device in his fingers and looked it over in amazement. It wasn't a big object, in fact for all intents and purposes it looked a lot like a laser pointer, dark and with a silver button you'd push to shoot out the beam. However, going around the top were buttons of varying colors. Liam wasn't sure where it came from as he had certainly never bought it and had no recollection of having ordered it online. Instead it had been sitting on his nightstand when he'd woken up earlier along with a paper. He'd stuffed both into his pocket before leaving not having had the time to look at either.
So now, after having gotten a good look at the laser pointer looking object he pulled the paper out of his pocket and looked at it. It was a description of the device, it's use and it's functions and Liam could hardly believe it.
According to this, it was a device that made bodysuits of people. What were bodysuits? Well if you slipped it on you would become that person. Just select a color, point it at someone, shoot and a suit is made. The suit would allow you to become someone not only physically but mentally as well with access to everything that makes them themselves. It's the perfect disguise... or so the instructions say. According to those instructions each color has a different function:
Green: Turns the target into a wearable body suit.
Yellow: Knocks the target out creating a copy of them via suit.
Red: User uses it on themselves after putting a suit on to open it and take off the suit.
Blue: Revives someone turned into a suit.
White: Scans a person and stores them as a preset; can store up to five presets but with six options; a sixth scan replaces the first preset, a sevent the second and so on. Each press of the white button goes through each preset. The sixth press/option creates a suit that's an amalgam of all the presets, gender determined by the first preset.
Black: Revives someone turned into a suit but with the personality of the last person to wear them.
Orange: Creates a slave suit that has the mind and personality of the target. When put on by someone else the mind/personality in the suit override them and puts them under the control of the device's owner who can command them in any way they want. BE CAREFUL NOT TO WEAR THIS SUIT YOURSELF!
Furthermore, the note ended by informing Liam that he had been selected as one of the few people to test the device and as such it is attuned to him only. If anyone else attempts to use it then it will act only as a simple laser pointer.
It all seemed a little too much for Liam and he wondered if someone was playing a trick on him. He wasn't the most popular guy a tthe store as a lot of his co-workers considered him lazy and awkward so he wouldn't be too surprised. But a voice.caught his attention before he could ponder further.
"Oh, mornin' Liam," yawned Claire, one of his co-workers. "What are you up to?"
Well if he needed an opportunity to try it..
What's the worst that could happen anyway, he shines a spot on Claire? With that he selected the green button. "I'm becoming you," he said and hit the silver button. There was a blinding green flash and in an instant where Claire had been now stood... well, nothing! Nothing but a pile of skin and clothes. So did that mean that it worked? Without hesitation he scooped up what had been Claire, clothes and all, and dashed into the bathroom and into a stall.
In the stall he took the skin that had been Claire and noticed and opening in the back. Tentatively he opened it wider and placed a leg in and was surprised when his much larger one conformed perfectly to her skinnier one. He then did the same with the other leg. As he put in his arms and pulled the suit up he could feel everything conforming to Claire's shape. Finally he inserted his head and the world seemed to spin for a second.
After that he looked down to see a body that was thin and boyish, with small tits. "Oh god," he said in Claire's voice as he ran her slim fingers over her stomach and then up to the chest and then... "Jesus fuck!" he exclaimed as he tweaked a nipple. Claire's tits might have been small but they were still sensitive. Deciding he would have time to mess around later he started grabbing her clothes. He had to admit that boyish figure or no there was something sexy about sliding her underwear on or putting on her bra. After putting on her clothes he exited out of the stall and at the sink looked himself over in the mirror.
"Christ, I can't believe this shit is real," he said as he ran hands along his cheeks and neck to re-verity that everything was really happening. "Claire wouldn't have been my first choice but all things considered," he said as he looked himself over again, he'd never thought much of it before but there was something attractive about Claire's androgyny, "I kinda like it."
"You like what, Claire?"
Liam turned to the door and his heart nearly skipped a beat as he saw Kiran. Kiran was a cute girl and being close to the same age as Liam was one of the few other employees to not treat him with scorn. Liam couldn't help but like her but then she went and got herself a boyfriend and Liam felt heartbroken. He would never be able to enjoy her soft voice or likely soft body in the way he wanted to... well until now at least. The device worked, he knew that much now. He could just zap her the same way he zapped Claire, just get out of Claire and into Kiran. Maybe ruin her relationship with her boyfriend while he's at it.
But did he want to be that petty? He just wanted to experience Kiran's cute body and besides he was liking the feeling of being Claire so far and was considering seeing if he could get through her shift; after all he was such a slacker that if he didn't show up it wouldn't be abnormal. That's what the yellow button was for; he could just create a Kiran suit and enjoy being her in the privacy of his home.
But then why stop at just Kiran? That white button seemed interesting, storing presets it had said? Yeah with that he could get a few and make himself a nice collection of suits. Kiran would be in that group of course. There were also others he would strongly consider too: Mona, his pretty Iranian co-worker, and Ellie, the nice full-figured new girl, were top of the list. Jenny, his older sister, was another one to give him someone older but not too old. There was also Abby, a year nine girl in his neighborhood. Someone his sister had babysat when she was younger. Like the others she was cute and it let him be someone younger without being too much younger.
