In this arc, the body part swaps/ trait swaps are bestowed upon the individual as the result of an accident. The protagonist has been in a recent car accident and slowly notices day-by-day their new abilities. As they heal from their injuries and grow stronger and better, more aspects of this ability will manifest themselves. Once healthy, their powers will have the ability the not only change reality in the universe but also the course of history. Their power can be used to change everyone in the world at once, if that be their choosing.
