a room for rent

James catches a train down to the city and takes a cab to the house.
A tall woman mid thirties answers the door.
"Ah, you must be James, come on in and I'll show you the room" she stated.
He stepped inside and followed her to the room.
"I'm Amy by the way, and this is the room, I just have the bed for now" Amy announced.

"I'll take it!" James replied.
"When can I move in?" He asked
