Miette had the whole plan set up, now all she had to do was give Serena the gum without out her being revealed. She made her way to the exit to the forest that Serena was going to come out of and placed her trap, a small bag tied to a balloon with a note. She hid in the bushes and waited for her target and kept her eyes on the time, she needed to be well rested for tomorrows performance practice, the full performance was in 3 days and she needed to make sure that Serena doesn't make it there.
After 15 minutes of waiting, Serena finally showed up, smiling her signature smile and walking with her Braixen beside her. This was Miette's chance, she quickly shot a stone at the balloon which caused the bag to fall right in front of Serena. She looked at the bag and read the note which said "Dearest Serena, I hope this bag of Magost Berry gum makes it to you in time, this should help with your training and maybe even bring you good luck for your performance".
Serena was confused as to why the gum just fell out of nowhere but she just shrugged it off and opened the bag, what she saw were vibrant pink gumballs. She picked one out and popped it into her mouth, she immediately tasted intense sweetness and delight. "Wow, these taste great, though I wonder who wanted to give them to me...well, if I find out, then I'll be sure to thank them."
Little did she know, things were about to get interesting.
