Chapter #3

Dawn

As you walked through the undergrowth of the forest, you couldn't help but marvel at everything around you. Shoving aside another blade of grass as large as your body, your eyes were constantly lifted up to the world around you. You didn't really have a choice but to look up at the world now. Trees towered above you, matching if not surpassing some of the greatest skyscrapers in the world, blades of grass ranged from chest-height to towering over your head. You'd never complain about mowing the lawn again after this, as anyone or anything could easily lose you at your current stature within the massive blades. Loose debris; stones, sticks and other detritus left upon the forest floor were annoying, but surmountable obstacles requiring you to either climb over them or go around them. As you walked you attempted to find someone...anyone in your current state though meeting someone else at this size could hold its own problems. Yet as you walked the only thought running through your mind was that you needed to find help. As small as you were, someone could just come along and step on you, that thought terrifying you to no end. Not to mention what would happen if you ran into a Pokemon at your minute size, a cute little Starly, small enough to fit in your palm would probably be several times your current minute stature.
Pushing your way through a bush the size of a two-storey house, you nearly shouted in joy at what you found on the other side. A campsite, and from the items scattered around the clearing it was in, said campsite had to be inhabited. A sizable bright orange one-person tent, cooking and eating utensils, a rolled up sleeping bag, and a small yellow backpack was all you could see at the moment. You nearly rushed right into the middle of the campsite, until you noticed something. Despite all the items lying around, there was no one here. Glancing around as you stepped carefully back into the bush. You nearly jumped out of your skin as a set of massive bushes, large enough to obscure a normal-sized person rustled on the other side of the clearing. In a moment, said bushes parted revealing a young woman, probably
She had a unique fashion sense, on her feet were pink knee-high boots, with long black socks peeking out the top. She was also wearing a black v-neck tank top with a pink skirt, a white undershirt beneath the tank top covering the woman's exposed cleavage. A white beanie with a pink poke ball print on front sat atop her head. Her dark cerulean blue hair was held up with a pair of gold hair clips. Completing her ensemble was a black bracelet on her right arm, a pokewatch on her left, and surprisingly enough a pink scarf wrapped around her neck as if it were a ribbon.
You couldn't help but thank your own foresight as the young woman walked into her campsite, head held high she barely examined her surroundings as she walked around. Gulping softly you could only imagine ending up under the young woman's boots had you gone racing into the campsite as you had planned. At the very least you would have been forced to run for your life as she stomped around, completely unaware of your presence. Looking around she softly sighed, her voice although low easily reaching you on the other side of the clearing. "I guess I'll be spending the night here, this forest goes on forever. How could I remember everything but a map?" Another gentle sigh escaped her lips as she sunk to the ground near the yellow backpack you had spotted earlier. Rummaging around the surprisingly small bag, she pulled out a small pink hairbrush, though it was probably larger than you were at the moment. Losing the beanie, and carefully removing her hairclips she gave her head a gentle shake, her dark cerulean hair, freed from the hat and clips spilling out over her shoulders and down to her lower back. Humming softly to herself, she began to comb the brush through her hair, each stroke soft and gentle as she had all the time in the world to take care of herself.
This seemed like the perfect opportunity to try and get the girl's attention, she was calm and relaxed, she wouldn't be moving around much as she took care of her hair so you could probably approach her safely. So what were you going to do?...

You have the following choices:

1. Try to get her attention

2. Wait until she's eating or has gone to sleep to get close

*Noteb*
3. Reader's choice

*Noteb* indicates the next chapter needs to be written.
