Mettaton one of the leading musical artists and variety show hosts globally. His show having made it big in the underground it didn’t take long for his entertainment tyranny to spread to human civilization as well. Though his more modest trivia bit form only saw much success in Japan, Mettaton had used his wealth to fun special projects from Alphys in hopes of expanding his brand. Which is how the Pink, flamboyant ultra megastar of today eventually came to be.
Life in the limelight had its perks, multiple summer homes, shopping malls dedicated to your specific brand, and even a theme park and platinum record labels, but what if the poor soul inside the entertainbot?
Though he could revert to his previous form any time he pleased, as he stated in the mirror the bot had once again felt this skin he had crafted himself to be... incorrect. Sure pink boots, long legs, waspish waist, and drop dead gorgeous looks worked on the masses, but really it had finally dawned on him. He had built a career on satisfying the fantasy and whims of human and monsters alike, but when designing this form with Alphys, he hadn’t included much of his true desires at all.
