This choice: Asriel's pot-belly began to rumble, giving him away. • Go Back...Chapter #9Caught! by: Unknown Asriel's doughy belly gave a loud rumble, his gnawing hunger returning and his stomach demanding for food. Undyne's head whipped towards the sound, staring directly at him again. His rumbling tummy had given him away.
While Asriel tried to flee, crawling away, Undyne jumped into the air, coming down with a thud that shook the very ground next to the goat boy. Her hand lashed out, grabbing Asriel's pants and hoisting him up by it, giving him a wedgy he wouldn't soon forget
As she turned to inspect him, and Asriel heard Undyne gasp. She quickly changed the way she was grasping him, holding him now under his armpits. Lifting her visor, revealing her face that had a triumphant grin on it.
"H-hi, Undyne," Asriel greeted her with a sheepish smile.
"Hu ha!" she cried, "Finally I've found you. We've all been looking for you. You're momma is worried sick about you. Why did you run off like that?"
It was now the goat boy's chance to convince her to let him go. "Undyne, please, listen," Asriel said, "I can't go back. My mom's been over feeding. I'm turning into a blimp. You can't send me back, please!"
But Undyne only shook her head. "Nonsense," she said, "You're going straight home."
She held him under her arm as she proceeded to walk, Asriel desperately kicking and flailing his arms. "Please, Undyne, you-"
He was cut off when she said sternly, "No buts, young goat. You're going home, whether you like it or not. Understand?"
Defeated, Asriel said, "Yes, ma'am."
