The next weeks were tough: In the trainings the coach was always watching Sam and demanding him more effort than the rest of the team. The college student wasn't sure if that was because Bob has it out for him or because Sam was his favorite.
Outside, Sam doubled his strength training, weights when the college gym was open, jogging when it was close. His hunger grew with the increasing exercise, but like his coach mentioned he burned all the fat he ate. The proteins went directly to his muscles, and after 10 days of training he could notice the gains just looking in the mirror how his bigger pecs printed his shape in his sleeveless shirt. His older tshirts were becoming too small now.
"I can wait to show Bob the results of my hard work." Sam thought proudly.
