There are a number of ways you can go about gaining access to a boy:

Criminal: kidnap your desired boy. This is highly illegal and potentially public. If caught, you may be sentenced to prison.

Flirtatious: meet your desired boy in person and chat him up. Flirt with him and persuade him to come home with you. This may not always work.

Online (2 methods):
Dating Website: meet your desired boy on an online dating service and take him out. This may not immediately lead to sexual activity.
Hookup App: match with your desired boy and meet for a hookup. This may not lead to an ongoing arrangement.
