She puts all inhabitants of earth on her body

Towns people are screaming, not knowing the jumbo sized girl is their old neighbor. "EARTHLINGS! I AM YOU GODDESS, PLUMP AND STRONG. I AM, FRANKLY, AN AMAZING BUT HUNGRY RULER AND DEMAND TO BE FED SO I MAY BE FIT TO RULE THIS EARTH!" she says, shaking the earth with every word. the terrified pedestrians aren't listening to her. The families rush together and scream, not knowing why this huge mass of fat is demanding food. She rolls her eyes, looks at you as if saying 'i have no other choice' and grabs handfuls of people gobbling them whole. You're dumbfounded, to scared to move. Her massive hand sweeps through town, scooping you up with other people in the process. she doesn't seem to know that you are among the citezens in her grasp. you looks around at the other people in her meaty hand, all screaming of fright. she opens her mouth wide and dumps you all in.
