No matter what happens at the school assembly, April doesn't seem to care about anything. In fact, she was only thinking of food, and even she had no choice but to sit there throughout the period is a nightmare for her likening. She may wouldn't care about what kind of assembly this is when a school principal stepped up to the stage and announced what is happening.
He would explain the reason why the tables and chairs had been brought, was because the students are about to watch a food eating contest, and he was needed a volunteer to compete with two fully grown men in the process. That widened April's eyes dramatically and soon she would needed to fill up, just as much she was hungry.
She then seems everyone's hands getting raised and as much as she didn't wanna be picked out by someone who's not rich enough from her opinion. So she gets off from her seat and stormed onto the stage and sits herself down at the middle of the table with two men beside her.
"Hey, I don't care who you pick! Besides, they're so poor to get this opportunity and I wanna eat as many as I can. So get on with it then!" That was April's words as she wanted to get on with things.
"Very well then!" The principal replied with reluctant reaction, as he then whistles and signals for the assistance to bring the food to the table.
