You were more than prepared to walk past the cabin. After all, you're the last person to let a cool breeze bring a falter in your step. You dismounted your horse and strolled up to the door of the cabin. Up close, you can see it's not exactly the most inviting cabin: the wood is chipped in various places, and the logs aren't quite aligned perfectly. Either it was built in a hurry, or by someone (or something) who only has basic knowledge of cabin construction. Or, in the worst-case scenario, it was ransacked by monster boys, who enslaved the previous owner while taking their home... best not to think about that one too much. Still, a home is a home. You grip your hammer tightly, prepared for the worst as the owner approaches the door...
