Theresa explained the rules Alex was to follow as she was undressing her daughter:

Now the rules are simple dear, you will wear your diapers 24/7, that means you wear them to and from school, and anywhere else outside the house. When you are here at home you will not cover up your diaper, that means as soon as you enter the door you pants or skirt or dress or whatever comes off and you remain that way until you go out again. Now when your here at home I or an appropriate sitter will feed you your new food, baby formula and baby food. If you have to go to the bathroom then you will go in your diapers. When you go to bed you will sleep in just your diaper. Any disobedience from you will result in a punishment, which will include a spanking. The range of disobedience will determine the punishment. Which might include, a Chasity belt, public humiliation, forced to mess yourself, a timeout, washing your mouth out with soap for cursing, or some other form of discipline.
