Born in an affluent village, Picha is one of their best warriors if not the best. His success on the battlefield lead to him becoming incredibly vain and egotistical to the point where he eventually stopped wearing armor over his head and wore only a thin vest over his upper body so that "all the world could witness [my] flawless body". When not engaged in battle or contest, Picha usually spends his time fawning over and admiring his own reflection. Picha's pride and arrogance has gained him more a few enemies as well as angry and bitter lovers following many a one night stand. Having bested all forms of combat presented to him, Picha comes to the Tickle Tournament to once again cement himself (even if only in his own mind) as the greatest fighter to ever grace the world no matter the form of contest. Picha's biggest weakness, aside from how unbearably ticklish he is, is his hubris which leads him to expose several vital areas of his body as well as underestimate his opponent. The only prize Picha seeks is stroking his own ego yet again (that and potentially a night of action with any ladies impressed by his dominance).
