Another Twist

What if the people of this town decides to take advantage of their new state and turn their town to a legit tourist spot? There, people can meet headless people, headswap people, or disembodied people. You can take pictures with them, carry a pet head for a day, and so on. The whole town worked together, even the bodies, make this town a fun place to be headless or whole. They would even teach people on how to detach themselves.

So which character would you want to work on? A tourist or a residence/worker.
