You almost thought they were trees for a second, but they looked nothing like the ones you know. Tall, yes, but also in the shade of an entirely different color with no leaves to be seen. They were reaching out towards the sky with some of them bending to the side like they were about to topple over despite the base of their forms remaining in place.
The weirdest part about it was the ground itself. It was a little soft but not too much as you tested it out with a tap of your foot. It wasn’t the green grass but something else entirely and it was hard to pin it down after what happened to you.
“This is a strange place.” The words were out of your mouth when you got close to the massive towers. They felt rough but were somewhat easy to grab onto in case you felt the urge to climb, and it felt wise given how there were so many of this things obscuring your view of what was ahead.
You almost did so when a shadow came over you. Looking up, you could see something massive blocking out what little light there was and it seemed to be heading towards you. The fear rose from within and you stood in shock, not just from the fact that something was coming to obliterate you, because seeing it made you piece together what happened to you.
That weird sphere dropped you here in a world of giants. And you guessed that because of the massive hair strands surrounding you like a forest and the gigantic finger that could’ve easily confused you for an itch. Why the heck did you end up on a giant’s head? In fact, who was this giant exactly?
