Jaune thought that today was gonna be his day. He had planned to talk to Weiss, maybe even get to know her without earning a mean look like usual. People were convinced that befriending Weiss might be a bigger challenge that one might think, even Ruby seemed to think so, but he wasn't going to be deterred like the few times before.
That was an hour ago.
Right now Jaune was starting to wake up after taking an unexpected and rough nap. He groaned and opened his eyes which was blurry at first and didn't offer much of anything to him for a brief moment.
"Wha-What happened?" He asked himself and tried to recall the moments before he ended up like this. There was his mission, but then he got stopped by some recently transferred students and aside from smelling something very sweet one of them held, that was all he could remember. The memory was still a blur in some ways, though his eyesight was starting to get better.
"There we go...wait." Jaune paused and his eyes began to widen. He recognized this place as the hallway of the school leading to the few facilities of the academy, but something about it was different. The halls suddenly stretched farther than his blue eyes can see, the walls scaled upward to what he thought was heaven before he realized that it was just the ceiling, now higher than when he lasted looked up. "What the heck? What's going on!?"
This was a bad dream, it had to be. He couldn't have just shrunk down to a very tiny size in a school hallway, right? Unfortunately not, even when Jaune tried pinching himself in the arm just in case.
The tiny student didn't know if he was the only one tiny or if everyone else was as small as him, but he needed to get out of this hall in case something bad was coming. He needed to reverse this if possible and possibly calm himself down before he makes a bad choice.
And to think today was supposed to be a good day for him.
