Tifa Lockhart found herself on the beach. On the horizon she could see the dock that she had arrived on this island on. It was warm and the air tasted of salt. Looking around Tifa saw a perquillar looking berry bush on the edge of the beach and the woods beyond. She stepped closer to the bush to look at the polka-dotted berries. The berries were blue and red.
"Those are what we call 'mighty berries'" said a voice behind her. Tifa turned to see a figure dressed in a white robe with gold trimmings. The head was completely obscured by the hood of the robe and the fact that the figure was also wearing a wide-brimmed white hat.
"Who are you?" Asked Tifa.
"That's not important" said White Hat. "Let's just say....I'm invested in your success. Please eat as much of those berries you can find. You won't be disappointed"
Tifa turned back to face the berry bush. She shrugged and decided to eat a few of the berries. When she did so her muscles exploded and thickened. Her biceps grew three times their normal size and her pecs grew too making her already large chest expand even bigger than before. Her legs and abs gained more muscle as well.
"What a rush" said Tifa glancing back to see White Hat but he or she was gone.
The berries were so tasty that Tifa didn't care about the mysterious figure that told her about the berries. Tifa grabbed whole handfuls of the berries and eagerly gobbled them down.
A few minutes later a ten foot tall Tifa stood up. Tifa was bulging with muscle. Her legs were thicker than tree trunks and she was sporting an absolutely impossible 32-pack rock hard abs. Her biceps were at least three feet bigger.
"I feel like a goddess now" said Tifa flexing her impressive muscles. "I'll be totally invincible for this tournament"
