Next Week

Your parents call you and your sister back to the dining room. Your mother is the one that makes the announcement to you.
"We have decided to flee the country. This is not a matter of you wanting to leave or not, we will be leaving", your mother announces to her children.
"I have made arrangements with my friend, Amelia, to take us to Switzerland. It is safe in Switzerland, and we will start a new life. We will flee the harsh rule of the Nazis", your mother exclaims.
Finally, she delivers the final bit of her mini-PSA, and says
"We will be leaving first thing in the morning next Monday, at 6:00 sharp. Until then, just remain calm, and do not tell ANYONE about our plans. Your father and I will be discussing the rest of the plans here".

You return to your room, and...

You have the following choices:

1. Immediately go to sleep.

2. Write a letter to your friend, asking if he wishes to come with you.
