Missing their heads like you

Describing them as just a couple of familiar faces is out of the question, they lack any. Judging by their body types and clothes, these two are the couple living in the apartment next door. They're about the same age as yours, a guy and a gal and are rather fit, to say the least. He's wearing a black tank top and a pair of blue boxer shorts while she's wearing a modest white undershirt and green shorts. Both are wearing necklaces with pendants that match one another.

So, what are they doing outside again?
