Sally admits it, she needs a day off. She went to Al as a floating head and agree only for him to remind her about her body. It was a doozy getting home without anyone noticing as Sally wore duct tape to keep her head in place. Since her head has no neck at all, it was harder to maintain. To make matters worse, her head would risk floating away as the body is too slow to keep up.
Finally Sally was home and her head floated off by accident undoing the tape. "Damn it!"
Her body locked the door and Sally had to guide her body to getting dressed for bed. Sally had to yell at her body as her head would lose some control while floating. She's new at this.
"Body! No! Don't show your boobs at me. Put some clothes on!" said Sally as she is losing control of her head from her anger.
It was then her body grabbed her and tucked her head under her arm. The body has her clothes at least cover some private parts and some skin at this point. The body then rocks her head to calm down as Sally took some deep breathes and wonder what is going on.
"Just calm down darling." said the body.
"Wait! You can talk!" shouted Sally.
"More like mind reading." said the body, "Only you can hear me."
"I think I'm going crazy." said Sally.
"Your half right. You have been going insane ever since you made your resolve in doing better in life. As much as I love your determination, I had to suffer all those years from the stress eating, the extreme diets, you overworking, it's too much for me." said the body.
"Well I can't help it. I felt that I have so much work to do." said the head, "Also I don't want to be only a head."
"We'll find a way to restore ourselves tomorrow. First, we need some shut eye." said the body.
"Fine!" said Sally as the body hugged her head like a teddy bear.
Since it was a stressful day at work, Sally slept immediately. In the morning after breakfast, Sally wore some casual, but still business like clothing as she likes wearing that. Her hair at the moment is still in a bun as she forgot to untie it last night. She wore a scarf that tightens her connection with her body. Both the body and head have to work together to not get caught.
