Overcome the sensation and charge at her

Of course you wouldn't bow before this monster! You had a mission to end these creatures' rule, not encourage it! Taking your sword, you ran towards the feline fiend with the intent of striking her down. Just before you reached her however, the cat girl sprung from her spot and bared her claws. You tried to turn around but she already put a scratch into your clothes and back. "Didn't your momma ever tell you it's unlucky to cross a black cat?" You ignored the Monster's words and slammed your shield into her, pushing her back slightly. The cat's whiskers twitched as her irises thinned down, letting you know she was through playing around. With another leap, the cat girl seemed prepared to footstomp you into the dirt. Looking between your sword and shield, you realized only one of these would be the correct form of protection for this situation.
