Go for a civilian

You were canning the crowd, and you saw one of those bunny waitresses approach some lady wearing a white T-shirt bearing a spade, diamond, club, and heart emblem around the sleeves at a slot machine. The waitress gently bumped her shoulder, prompting the civilian to turn towards her. You noticed she was wearing sharp cornered glasses. The waitress handed her something, which looked like a card. She put it between her breasts, and you suddenly noticed she was only wearing red panties, no pants. She nodded, and turned back towards the slot machine, the waitress walking away.

That looks important... you thought. You needed to get that card from her, though, that'll mean reaching in her cleavage... You'll cross that bridge when you get to it. For now, you had to sneak to her.
