He's a superior, of course Lance trusts him.

Of course he did. Why would Lance not trust someone who was as high ranking as the stallion in front of him? Besides, surely someone with such a high rank must be under close watch, so hopefully foul play was unlikely. "Uh...well...sure!" Lance replied after taking a moment to consider the options.

Bulldozer chuckled and clapped the smaller cadet on the back. "Good choice, squirt. Never know what the others might do, right?" He didn't do much to suppress the grin spreading across his muzzle.

"I uh...s-sure...?" Another swallow audibly traveled down Lance's throat. He needed to stop doing that. It was making him seem scared...though at this point it wasn't too inaccurate. Something about this stallion was a bit unnerving, but he opted to trust him anyway.

Without another word, the larger stallion began walking down the hall, back the way Lance had come. He seemed to be heading to the barracks...an odd choice, to be sure. This only served to make the smaller cadet even more nervous. This was no small feat, as he was already on edge as it was.

Lance began to rethink his decision. It wouldn't earn him any demerit points if he chose to turn back now...it would be a bit rude, and perhaps put him on the wrong side of the Corporal, but it would be better than being lured into some kind of trap...then again, he might just be a bit paranoid.
