Waking To Some Big...Or Rather Small Changes

Gideon woke up to the sound of his alarm clock going off. With a loud yawn the country fox opened his eyes to be met with the usual sight of the ceiling. As he stretched his arms and legs Gideon looked down and could tell right away something was wrong by how huge his bed looked. Actually his whole room and everything in it appeared to be abnormally large from his point of view.

Scared by this new change in perception Gideon started to frantically scramble out from underneath his enormous covers. In doing so the fox found his nightgown no longer fit him, the oversized clothing hanging haphazardly off his shoulders with the sleeves covering the entire length of his arms. Panicking Gideon crawled to the edge of the bed and upon seeing the drop carefully turned his smaller body around before lowering himself feet first to the floor. Holding up the bottom of his tent-like nightgown so he wouldn't trip over it he ran over to the full-length mirror he kept in the corner of his room. However as soon as Gideon stepped in front of it and saw his reflection he let out a crying whimper.

For instead of a 24 year old fox he saw a young kit who couldn't be any more than...
