The perks of being a goddess

         Life was good for Chloe Bourgeois. During a particularly bad akuma attack, both Ladybug and Chat Noir had lost their Miraculouses and they both had been found by Chloe. With the powers of creation and destruction, Chloe could now alter reality according to her wishes. The only "catch" was that it was a give and take system. So if she used the power in order to gain something or give something to someone else, then another person would have to lose something equivalent.

         This wasn't really an issue for her though. In fact it was a benefit. All she had to do was make sure her rival Marinette was the one who payed the price for her wishes. For her first wish, for example she wished to become the most beloved and respected person in Paris to the point where anything she wanted, she would get. And in exchange she made Marinette the most hated in Paris to the point where other people took pleasure in her suffering. And of course, to make this more painful, she wished to have Marinette remember the previous timeline and notice the changes, so it would look like everyone had suddenly betrayed her.

         When she made this wish, she made sure to do so outside of Marinette's house so she could get a front row seat to what happened next. And it didn't disappoint. She watched in glee as her rival was unceremoniously kicked out of her house. With that done, she approached the now town pariah, intent on making her next move.
