Once Adrien and the Macaroon entered the mouth it closed, as Adrien paled before Marinette began to chew. Adrien tried to avoid the teeth, and managed at first, but eventually, he got caught by the tongue pushing some of the macaroon to the teeth.
"Ahhh!" He yelled in pain as she bit his leg off, unfortunately for Adrien, he was too small, and Marinette could not hear him, and the mess was caught by the food without touching the tongue, so she could not taste him.
This continued as she continued chewing, Adrien unable to avoid it, lost more and more of his body to the food, the only reason he was still alive was because of wearing a miraculous so long it gave hin a higher tolerance for things like this, but it wouldnt last long.
Once she finished chasing Adrien found himself in the middle of a sweet smelling ball of mush, barely alive, and just wishing for the end, as Marinette swallowed. In her stomach he noticed that she ate so many pastries that even her stomach smelled good, but the sounds of her body made it so he couldn't hear anything outside of her. Though he got his wish soon after when a wave of stomach acid covered him, and finished the job.
Adrian's soul then tried to leave to go beyond, only for Marinette's body to be so full of Miraculous Magic from using it, and being guardian(of course Adrien didn't know this) that his soul got stuck in her stomach wall, forcing Adrien to live as part of the inside of her stomach wall, able to experience everything in the stomach, but unable to move away from his location even when the stomach acid covered the location. He also could not hear anything over the sounds of Marinette's body, and so could only guess what is going on from how the stomach moved, but considering Marinette, and thus her stomach would often get extremely active. (he never did figure out why).
This continued for about a month, when Marinette gave Kagami the Ladybug earrings, when Hawkmoth came close to her identity, and she needed to be seen in the same place without dispersing if touched like an illusion would. And Kagami looking like her. During this there was an akuma attack that required Marinette to wear the Black Cat Miraculous. The energy of it went through her body, while transforming her, and caused Adrien to scream in pain as his very soul was destroyed by the energy, never to move onto the afterlife, never to be reincarnated, just simply ceasing to exist, with no one, not even Plagg who didn't realize he would hide in the food, and thought he had hid somewhere and got caught by something not human, knowing what happened to him.
Meanwhile after this Marinette would end up using the Black Cat Miraculous more and more while Kagami continued using the Ladybug miraculous. Eventually they started dating, eventually getting married, and with miraculous magic they even got each other pregnant at the same time to a beautiful girl each. As Guardian, Plagg could not do the same to her that he did to Adrien, while Kagami as the new Ladybug was also protected from Plagg doing that, though Plagg didn't mind. Marinette had won him over, and he now considers her his favorite cat ever. Marinette and Kagami would have the rest of their lives together, but for Adrien this was permanently...
