You picked up the sleepy Hokage on your back so you can get her out of the bar. But, not before telling the bartender that you're taking her back to her place.
"She fell asleep drunk after that last one. I'm gonna take her back home so she'll hopefully wake up by morning." You said.

"I will. Trust me. See ya." You said before leaving the bar with Tsunade sleeping in your back.
You kept on going until you reached her place and lay her on her bed. You wiped off some of the drool that was on you and you looked back at her sleeping form. You can't wait long enough to play around with the body of the Hokage herself.
