"Mama hired a babysitter?" Mi-Cha said.
She folded her arms across her chest to hide her nipples, even though she hadn't developed breasts yet.
Mrs. Ling poked Mi-Cha's bare tummy.
"Well, you're certainly dressed like you need one. You look like a big baby." She said, with a light laugh.
Mi-Cha frowned. She hated being compared to babies. She hung her head in shame. Mrs. Ling almost immediately caught her error. She patted Mi-Cha on the shoulder.
"Aw, I didn't want to sound mean. You're not a baby." Mrs. Ling said.
"...Don't call me that again." Mi-Cha said.
Mrs. Ling nodded.
"No problem. So, anyway, yeah, your Mom hired me to look after you. She just found out yesterday night she would have to travel and won't be back for two days. I'm here to watch the house and make sure you behave yourself. And keep your diapers clean." Mrs. Ling said.
She glanced down at Mi-Cha's soggy diaper.
"I think you need a change right now." She said.
