Toriel tries to emerge from her clothing

After a few minutes of struggling Toriel manages to escape from her robe and underwear. The bottle containing the purple liquid standing directly next to her clothes. For some odd reason her memory is hazy, potentially due to her shrinking in size considerably. She now stands at only a few inches tall, around the size of a doll.

Toriel tries to remember what happened last before she tried the odd liquid... she vaguely remembers a human child... but is this memory recent or some deja vu?
