Friendship swaps

Something strange has happened in the small town of Rotherham, friends are now able to swap body parts with each other how they choose. No one knows how this came to be, nor are they aware of the ability yet.

To make a swap all you need to say to your friend is how you wouldn't mind that part and they need to agree in some way. As no one has swapped yet, it's unclear if other people would be aware of the swaps or not.
