Elizabeth was quite perplexed at what had happened with the lock. Looking at the windows, she noticed that they seemed to be frosted over, much like what would happen on a cold winter's day. But with it being the start of Spring, the chances of this occurring were indeed quite low. She called Josh and Steven to the front to see what they cold do with getting the doors opened. They looked as perplexed with the situation as Liz and Elizabeth had been and decided to resign to their fates. They told their superiors the bad news. "Okay, I guess we will have to hope for the best and that it will defrost in time for us to go home." Elizabeth said as she picked up the phone to call the main office. "Hmm... No signal either." She hung up the phone and decided to get everyone to start working. "Josh, I want you to go work with Alexa and Naomi to see if you can get the new gardening display up and going. And Steven, I need your help in the pet food aisle. It seems we got a new shipment of bags in and I will send somebody over there to help you out."
"Okay." Josh replied as he made his way over to the aisle that he was assigned. "Steven, if I get done, I will see if I can go over there to help you out."
"Thanks, I would appreciate that." Steven replied as he walked to the pet aisle to begin to work.
Elizabeth checked the phone once more to check and see that there indeed wasn't a signal and quickly hung up the phone. She then brought her attention to the doors. "Hmm... I wonder who I can spare to see if they can get these open." A light went off in her head as she saw Liam strolling by. "Liam!" She called out to him. He turned and made his way over to her. She told him to do whatever it takes to get this door open. He nodded and set to work.
