Stay in the living room

    by: Unknown
"Let's just stay in the living room for now and I'll show you around here." You suggested to the very pretty ginger haired girl in her late teens from the fictional world of Westros as she nodded.

"Oh alright. Please tell me what that square thing is on the wall over there?" Sansa asked pointing directly at the widescreen TV on the left side of the wall.

"Oh yeah that's called a television Ms. Stark." You informed her as you picked up the small remote and pressed the red 'Power' button as soon as she saw the bright screen change color and loud noise start emerging from the strange device Sansa Stark actually leaped back in shock and let a loud gasp.

"My....my goodness! What is that?" She cried clutching her chest in surprise.

"I told you,it's called television think of it as a way used for entertainment like..like watching a play or sword or what you might refer to as a...a knight's tournament of sorts only we watch these...magical picture boxes instead." You tried your best to explain while handing her the remote and teaching her how to operate it correctly after a while she got the hang of it.

"Simply astonishing!" She exclaimed as she used the channel buttons to flip through the TV like mad gasping loudly as she witnessed hundreds of colors and some of the most bizarre images one from her medieval age ever saw before turning back to you beaming.

"And this 'television' is another one of your technology?"

"Yeah there's plenty things like this here in what we call the modern world. Are you hungry by any chance?" You asked studying her for a second you hoped she hasn't caught wind the way you were staring at her but she seemed too engrossed in staring around her bizarre, strange whereabouts to notice before turning back to you and shaking her head.

"No thank you. But y-you said this is called t-the modern era? Or Earth? Do you not have knights, princesses, kings or...."

"We did have them Sansa,a very, very long time ago well wait we do have a few queens left here over in a place called England or London...as seen here." As you again showed her the globe and pointed to the U.K. and even managed to show her a few pictures from your world's own medieval history as her eyes widened.

"Oh by the gods...that's horrible!"

"Yeah so are you hungry...oh you already said no but are you tired? As I..we do have a small guest room down the hall." As you gestured to it as she again shook her head.

"No thank you but can I see more of this amazing 'technology' you have? I'd love to see more of this America-United States!" The once tortured eldest Stark child was becoming ever more happy and eager to explore more of this era.

"Well okay here you can escort me...."
