The portal gleamed and spun around like some crazy top as you were both mesmerized and terrified at the same time but finally the small figure popped out of the vortex landing gracefully on your dad's sofa with a small Plop! You immediately went over to see if she was alright and as she slowly stood up and looked around brushing herself off the young girl seemly took no notice of you
"Ohhh where am I? This certainly doesn't look like home! I wonder whose house this is?" You had no problems recognizing the cheeky animated girl it was without a shadow of a doubt Alice Liddell from Disney's 1951 film(not the Tim Burton one): https://tse2.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.BSYa5... or was it Alice Pleasant? It's been a while since you read Adventures of Alice In Wonderland or Through the Looking Glass but from her long blonde hair with black bow on top,her adorable child like face with deep big blue eyes and rosy cheeks,ruby red lips,her 12 year old thin,hourglass figure and iconic blue dress with her black shoes it was her alright.
Alice still took no notice of you as she curiously wandered through the living room she began touching your folks' various things like the stereo(yeah your dad was into collecting equipment from the 90s)your mom's flower vase nearly breaking it in the process and she stared at the TV sprouting out news around the world "Ohh how incredibly curious! A strange mirror that shows actual pictures! I wonder how it works......" She muttered to herself stepping up curiously to examine it up close that is when you approached her
"Uhhh I can show you if you want." As expected she nearly jumped out of her skin
"Ohhhhhh!" Gasping and covering her mouth and stepping back
"Sorry didn't mean to scare you but I'm sure this is all confusing for you but I'll do my best to explain Miss." You said Alice looked at you with a certainly of suspension and you kind of didn't blame her "It's okay I mean you no harm honest." Then she gave you a small smile
"Ohhh alright then! Allow me to introduce myself my name is Alice(as she held out her hand to you and curtsied) and may I please ask whom I am addressing?" Her voice was so kind and polite she might as well been in her early twenties rather than a mere twelve
"Willy,my name is Willy Miss Alice." As you shook her hand
"Please you can just refer to me as Alice if you wish." As she began walking around wandering around the living room again "This is one of the strangest places I ever been in! Is this your house?" She asked you nodded
"Well it's my parents' home but yes I live here I can give you a tour and explain everything or how times have changed since the Victorian ages....." But Alice interputted you with a confused stare
"Wh...what do you mean? Where exactly am I?" You gestured her to sit down on the sofa which she complied
"First of all Alice it's sort of hard to explain this but you have been transported through time and space."
"Time and space? I'm sorry but I don't really understand!" She admitted truthfuly you palm faced yourself this was going to be harder than you thought
"Okay we'll try this again where were you before you wind up here?" You asked
"Well I was listening to my school lessons with my older sister and pet cat Dinah by the brook near our home in England." She explained
"And did you happen to notice anything out of the ordinary? Like some strange walking,talking rabbit with a watch and wearing a waistcoat?" You asked not wanting to let on you knew what was going to happen to her down the road but to your shock Alice nodded and gasped again
"Why as a matter of fact yes!! I did see a rabbit with a watch and a waistcoat! But ho...how did you know that?"
"Lucky guess." You replied drily "Anyway what happened next?"
"Well being ever curious to how and why a rabbit was walking and talking like a normal person I immediately chased after him wondering why he kept saying he was so late for whatever he was going and he went into a hole in the ground and I fell in after him! But what does any of this have to do with me ending up here?" She asked calmly you already had a pretty good hunch to how she wound up here in your living room and........
