Stood and decided to head into the tiny city in...

Without a second thought(or as long as it normally took for Hermione to make a difficult decision)the giant magical witch slowly stood up and took one step forward as expected nearly everything from cars,mailboxes people's fences etc flew up into the air and crashed violently down "Oops!" Was all Hermione could whisper too bad her wand didn't grow with her otherwise she would have fixed this mess in a heatbeat though she still would have to bear the wraith of the entire Ministry of Magic later on "Okay,okay I can do this just small steps Hermione that's all nothing to it just imagine all of this is simply like taking a test in History of Magic or something...." She said to herself as she took another step forward then another each one causing far more destruction than the last but the third year simply closed her eyes blocking out the wrecked smushed Muggle cars,mailboxes even a few people's front lawns she crashed under her feet soon she came within inches of the nearby bustling Muggle city which one she had no idea there as she read were so many in America she hestitated for nearly a half hour having never been so nervous about anything in her life before noticing the tiny whirling Muggle helicopters hovering about in the outline of the unnamed city she knew by close observation and keen eyesight that they happen to be news copters no doubt a gigantic young girl from the Wizarding World was soon going to be splashed upon the newspapers of the world the Ministry of Magic has probably already gotten wind of her overuse of magic in a nonmagical suburban but it was too late to worry about that now she thought "Let what will happen later on go ahead and happen...besides once and if I get back to normal I can always erase everyone's mermories of this including the boy I befriended( she paused and looked towarded the bright neon lights of the tiny city below her most buildings reaching her waistline)now comes the ultimate test as long as I don't give away my true identity everything should be fine." As she took her first baby steps into the city at first the people going about their daily lives thought the small tremors were sonic booms from passing jets nothing to worry about but soon they grew louder and louder and once cars started to roll helplessly across the roads/streets,department store windows shattered or rattled and a few people fell over then the citizens realized this was no random quake nor was it a sonic boom as there were no jets or jet streamers in the sky to be seen "Hey what's going on?" One man cried out as the sky above suddenly grew pitch black then the huge shadow or silhouette of a human of some kind appeared several people screamed out loud as Hermione's pretty face and bushy hair appeared around one of the taller buildings for a while no one said anything to the monstrous young Hogwarts witch just stood there like fish out of bowls then Hermione managed a small smile whispering "Umm hello." As expected the crowds erupted into a full blown panic as people started racing down the street screaming and running while Hermione folded her arms grunted "Oh really? You try to be polite and as kind as you possibly can to the nonmagical popluation and this is the response I get? How rude......" Then she declared loudly "Mu.....I mean people please don't panic I won't hurt you please stop running!" "But no one of course paid any attention to her as anyway the sound of her voice was causing mere destruction windows would unexpectedly shatter even if she was nowhere near them and cars exploded into flames for no apparent reason "I SAID PLEASE STOP RUNNING!" She commanded getting a little annoyed but that only increased the fear and one woman screamed "Ahhhhhhh the monster's now even more angrier Run For Your Lives!" Hermione fumed once more "Monster? How dare they call me that! I may have grown quite a bit but that's no reason to...wait what was those series of old black and white films from the 1950s about gigantic creatures attacking the Muggle World...oh yeah Monster Movies or something...I could just say I was affected by that scientific radioactive stuff and no one would know the difference...." She was so busy within her own thoughts Hermione didn't see the traffic jam in front of her and accidentally tripped and fell backwards slipping on one of the fleeing cars KA-BOOOM! the impact of Hermione falling on her rear end might have been hilarious if Harry,Ron or Draco Malfoy had been there to witness it but for Hermione and the tiny people below it was horrifying fortunately she still had some control over her magic despite not in possession of her wand and maintained her balance and at least no one was seriously injured "Oh No Sorry!" She called down miserably from above "Are you all alright?" As people in their cars panicked as they saw a enormous hand slowly coming for them several tried fleeing but a few were gently scooped up by the giant witch "Sorry about that." She whispered "Are you all alright?" People didn't know what to say as most avoided looking into her soft brown eyes of grief,fear and sadness "They still don't trust me!" She thought more frustrated and annoyed than ever and in her moment of frustration Hermione didn't realize without her wand and her nerves shot her magic was getting a little out of control more cars would explode on the spot and things like office buildings and mailboxes would start leviating by themselves for no apparent reason "Great now my magic's out of control this day possibly couldn't get any worse!" She thought as she began carefully setting down cars and trucks on the undamaged parts of the road along with a few screaming people as she slowly stood up again
