Stepping up to the table where the transformatives were quietly waiting to be tested, Lucina had a pensive look on her face as she tried to decide what to use. "I suppose that bell worked out pretty well for Severa, maybe one of the other two necklaces would be safe to use?" the bluenette thought to herself. "But which one should I use...?" she questioned as her eyes darted back and forth between the remaining two. Eventually she picked up the astrolabe-like pendant to get a closer look at it.
The pendant wasn't exactly heavy, but it still had a decent heft to it, the bronze-looking metal feeling cold to the touch. As Lucina turned it over in her hands, she noticed that it consisted of a series of four concentric rings with small pairs of posts connecting each ring to the previous one, and a flat disk at the center with the ruby inset on it. Each pair of posts formed a line that seemed to be offset at a different angle from the others, and she could feel the rings wiggle a bit as she handled the pendant. However, something appeared to be locking them in place so that they couldn't rotate on their axes. Tracing her fingers along the surface, Chrom's daughter once again noticed that the ciphers written on the pendant aligned in such a way to create an illustration of a water droplet with the ruby at the center.
Turning towards the others, Lucina held up the pendant and declared, "I think I'll try this one out." Looking back down at it, she added, "To be honest, I feel like it looks kind of nice..."
"Ehh?" Severa exclaimed before her other body continued with a disgusted tone, "Why would you like that one, it looks so bulky and tacky!"
"I wouldn't go that far..." Anna said quietly, not exactly pleased to hear one of the new items getting insulted so brazenly. "Though I will admit Lucina's tastes are a bit... unusual..." the merchant thought quietly.
"Seeing as the actual appearance of the item is irrelevant, please proceed with determining its effects," Miriel stated as the group's voice of reason.
"Right, sorry," Lucina replied before taking the pendant's cord and tying a knot behind her neck.
