Mark just got out of bed and went into the bathroom.
He screamed when he saw his reflection in the mirror and noticed very quickly that although he doesn't have any siblings he infact looks like his own twin sister.
This was even more confirmed by his or rather her new chest , C cup rack and what was missing between his legs.
He's a female version of himself, Mark finally calmed down and there was a phone call.
He noticed it was his friend Hannah, he suddenly realised the thought shit I wonder reality has changed.
It has and Hannah is calling her Martha now and asking for the usual Saturday activities…
