You get a big brother or sister

"Hey, I've been waiting for you. Welcome to senior year at GDE, kiddo!"

James turned slightly pink, but put on a grin. He was hoping for a fun roommate he could get along with, but he didn't expect to get a big brother, not that he was complaining; if anything, this might turn out better than he'd hoped!

"Hey, good to be here." James smiled. "I heard that I'd get a roommate, but I didn't know I'd get one who was so... 'big.'" He couldn't help but stare: his big brother was standing with no pants or underwear on, a very long, thick dick swinging freely about. "I can tell this'll be a fun year."

"It sure will. But, before you have too much fun, there are a few things you need to understand about having a big brother." James's new big brother stated, pulling on a pair of underwear that didn't do anything to hide the big, obvious bulge. "First, know that, unlike little brothers, big brothers aren't your servants. If anything, you're mine. That means I could potentially have some fun with your butt whenever I want."

"I know that." James replied truthfully.

"Well, did you also know that the Senior Class has a strict 'no virgins allowed' policy?"
